About GoDaddy
You know them from all of their crazy Super Bowl commercials. Use our GoDaddy coupon codes to stock up on hosting, domains, and email plans!
GoDaddy is pretty much synonymous with domain name registration. Even people who don’t use the Internet* know about GoDaddy. This is largely due to the company’s always provocative and always present Super Bowl advertising. But never mind that. Why we’re here today is to discuss GoDaddy’s hosting packages, which, for the first-time small business owner, are a surprisingly good deal.
*Yes, they still exist.
What's the best GoDaddy hosting?
Good: GoDaddy Economy
Cost: $3.99/mo./12 mos.
What you get:
GoDaddy’s introductory Economy package comes complete with 1 website, unlimited bandwidth, 100 GB of disk space, 10 MySQL databases, 100 email addresses, and $200 of complimentary ad credits. Industry standards by a long shot, but not a bad deal for the price.
Better: GoDaddy Deluxe
Cost: $4.49/mo./12 mos.
What you get:
GoDaddy’s Deluxe offering is currently advertised as their best value package. The Deluxe is essentially an amplified version of the Economy, which includes: unlimited websites, bandwidth, and disk space, 25 MySQL databases, 500 email addresses, the same $200 worth of complimentary ad credits, and, on top of it all, a handy application that will automatically convert your website into an optimized mobile site.
Best: GoDaddy Ultimate
Cost: $7.49/mo./12 mos.
What you get:
GoDaddy’s Ultimate hosting package will upgrade your database quota to an unlimited amount and give you a whopping 1000 email addresses. This package also tacks on an extra $50 in ad credit, and a few more un-quantifiable but still very convenient features. These include: a website accelerator, premium DNS, an SSL certificate, and a malware scanner.
All-in-All
GoDaddy is currently offering some pretty good deals for web entrepreneurs on a budget. For the money, we recommend the Deluxe package, as it comes with just about everything you’ll need to get your website up and running, and nothing more. All-in-all, we rate them a 4.3/5.
