BarkBox has options to double the boxes’ contents or add items to the regular box. During your dog’s birthday month the add-on items will include special birthday-themed toys and treats. Shipping is free and the first box is shipped immediately after receiving your order. Dogs and humans must be completely satisfied with the contents or else BarkBox customer service will work to make it right. BarkBox may be given as a gift, too, either in the form of a gift card or a theme box.
