Thats impressive. I would say its a top 20 movie for me. Although good, I will need some time and distance from the hype surrounding its release before I can judge its true place in history.

I can probably think of 10 movies right now that I liked better. Right now being the key phrase. Some time for this one to season methinks.

I totally understand that. And yes, you're right... time is the true test. Here is one important distinction, though: I said "favorite" films, not "best" films. There's a huge difference for me. I recognize this is something that's good, enjoyable, awesome even, but nowhere near some of the best films of our past century.
